Danica Byler, M.A., LCPC, NCC
Danica Byler is the clinic director for New Horizons and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well as a National Certified Counselor. Danica has trained with Drs. John and Julie Gottman and is a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist. Keith Byler, D.O., ACC 
Executive Coach
Keith has a special interest in working with individuals and small groups to facilitate learning and enhanced performance.He has done coachingand consulting with executives in settings as diverse as health care institutions, international banking, and various manufacturing operations, and has worked with managers to CEO’s.

For the past five years Keith has done work for the London Business School working with senior executives in an Executive Leadership Development program. This has involved both individual and small group process work and has included extensive use of a 360 Degree feedback instrument. He has also facilitated focus groups and worked with two rival metropolitan hospitals in a merger situation.In addition, Keith has lead two-day off site retreats for the mid to upper level managers, senior executives, etc., to facilitate change management, team building, and visioning.

Keith is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation, has a Master’s Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, and an M.A. in Organization Development, also from Fielding. In addition, he has completed an Executive Certificate program from Notre Dame's Mendoza School of Business in Negotiation, Mediation, and Conflict Management.

In addition to his coaching/consulting practice, Keith is a physician-partner in private practice specializing in Occupational Medicine. The practice has approximately 800 very diverse client companies that range from hospital systems to manufacturers of hard goods, food, as well as service companies. Keith is the medical director for several companies with statewide and nationwide operations, including Illinois Power. Prior to entering private practice thirteen years ago, he was an Emergency Medicine physician for ten years, and was the director of three different E.R.’s during that time. This breadth of experience provides a robust platform from which to assess and address a variety of coaching and consulting concerns at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

Patricia Horn, MA, LCPC, Certified Gottman Therapist
Patricia is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience. She works with individuals, couples, and familes. Patricia has extensive training in the Gottman Method and is a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist. She is also trained as a Gottman Couples Workshop Facilitator.

Don Krohn, M.A., LCPC, NCC, MBA
Don Krohn is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well as a National Certified Counselor. He received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Adult Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. His behavioral health experience has entailed university, outpatient, hospital and private practice settings. He works with adults, couples and adolescents. His areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, personality disorders, GLBT issues, couples therapy and multicultural concerns. Don recently completed his Master's in Business Administration and enjoys working with executives around business and leadership issues.

Eve Kuckuck, M.A., LCPC, ATR
Eve Kuckuck is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well as a Registered Art Therapist and received her Masters Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. With over 10 years experience, Eve has worked in multiple clinical settings including schools, community and private counseling centers, and inpatient and outpatient hospital care. She has specialized training in therapeutic art and creative play with children. Eve also enjoys working with adolescents as well as adults. Her professional interests include working with grief and loss, adjustment to divorce for children and parents, anxiety management, depression recovery, coping with ADHD and other behavioral disorders, and improving communication within the family. She has served a consultant to local school districts on topics such as behavioral management in the classroom, suicidal risks in adolescents, and self-injurious behavior.

Jean Nosbisch, MS, LCPC
Jean is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has over 21 years experience providing counseling for individuals, families, and groups. Jean has an interest in treating depression, anxiety, and working with parents to improve parenting skills. In addition, Jean works with trauma recovery, and often conducts groups for those recovering from trauma. Jean also has experience in teaching psychology. She received her Master of Science in Psychology, with an emphasis on Community and Child from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1989.

Mary Phillips, MA, LCPC, Certified Gottman Therapist
Mary Phillips has been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 1997. She received her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Illinois University in 1993. Mary is experienced in child/adolescent and family therapy as well as couples therapy. Mary is a Certified Theraplay® Therapist and offers this approach to families dealing with attachment and relationship issues.Theraplay® is a playful short-term treatment approach to help children develop a secure, healthy attachment to their parent or caregiver. Mary has also received advanced training in the Gottman method and is a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist.
